视网膜分支静脉阻塞治疗研究进展

摘要

视网膜静脉阻塞（retinal vein occlusion，RV O）是常见的视网膜血管疾病，依据血管阻塞部位可分为视网膜分支静脉阻塞（Branch retinal vein occlusion，BRVO）和视网膜中央静脉阻塞。其中BRVO发病率更高，且常继发黄斑水肿（macular edema，ME）造成患者严重的视力损害。目前，对于BRVO的治疗主要有玻璃体腔药物注射、激光光凝、手术治疗以及联合治疗等方案。现就BRVO各种治疗方式的研究进展和现状进行综述。
