新自由主义影响下英国和荷兰住房市场经济政策变化比较分析

摘要

新自由主义作为一种经济学理论在20世纪20-30年代潜移默化的影响着整个欧洲的经济、政治、文化乃至国家的规划体系。房地产作为国民经济的重要支柱产业，在调节国家经济方面起着重大的作用。论文通过运用比较分析的方法对比英国伦敦和荷兰阿姆斯特丹在新自由主义影响下住房市场经济政策的变化以及国家在规划中扮演的角色转变，得出结论：在住房市场上，两国政府的权力都被削弱了，但政府仍然控制着在其他方面的规划。
