Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has become an inevitable trend of enterprise development. As one of the core management activities of enterprises, financial management is facing the profound impact of digital transformation. This paper starts with the impact of digital transformation on the financial management of enterprises, analyzes its changes in financial statements, financial analysis, financial decision-making and other aspects, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, in order to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the digital transformation of financial management of Chinese enterprises.
