医院内负压封闭引流的临床应用

摘要

负压封闭引流技术(VSD)是一种新颖而有效的引流系统,可在创伤性软组织伤口和慢性感染中使伤口实现安全快速的愈合,现已用于治疗各种难以治愈的伤口。最早被用于治疗四肢软组织创面感染,之后通过不断改进,其应用越来越广泛,在普通外科和骨科其他疾病中均取得良好疗效。目前,发掘其治疗更多疾病的潜力以及探索其作用机制已成为近年来的研究热点之一。论文针对 VSD 的作用机制以及临床应用进展做综述。
