基质金属蛋白酶与心血管疾病相关性研究进展

摘要

基质金属蛋白酶(Matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)是一类可以分解细胞外基质(Extracellular matrix,ECM)和沉积细胞外基质中的结构蛋白的内肽酶。在心血管疾病的研究中发现MMPs与高血压、动脉粥样硬化、动脉瘤、血管壁重构等疾病的发生、发展密切相关。论文围绕MMPs与心血管疾病的发生、发展相关性以及作用机制和其抑制剂的临床价值作一综述,为心血管疾病的预防和治疗提供依据。
