N-myc 下游调节基因 NDRG1 的研究进展

摘要

NDRG1（ N-myc downstream regulated gene 1，分化相关基因1）作为NDRG蛋白家族的成员之一，近年备受专家学者的关注，不少学者从不同方面对其进行了大量实验，用以证实NDRG1基因在多种肿瘤组织中均有所表达。研究表明， NDRG1基因通过调节细胞增殖、细胞周期等过程影响细胞的生长和发育，与多种肿瘤细胞的发生、发展和预后密切相关。同时它还可能参与了应激反应、激素的作用、组织的缺氧过程、中枢神经系统的分化等。 NDRG1可能成为肿瘤的新型生物标志物或肿瘤的治疗靶点，论文针对该基因的研究进展进行综述。
