关于面神经显微血管减压术后脑脊液漏的研究进展

摘要

面肌痉挛面神经显微血管减压术（ Microvascular decompression， MVD）术后常见的并发症包括患侧听力障碍、面瘫、眩晕、脑脊液漏、后组脑神经损伤等，其中脑脊液漏是其主要并发症之一。既往报道称面神经MVD术后脑脊液漏的发生率较低，但是一旦发生，很难处理。论文从面神经MVD术后脑脊液漏的临床特点、影响因素及预防手段等方面进行讨论，旨在加深对面肌痉挛的认识及面神经MVD术后脑脊液漏的理解，进一步提高面神经MVD手术的安全性。
