Fetuin-B 在心脑血管疾病中的相关研究

摘要

胎球蛋白是一种主要由肝脏组织分泌的参与体内多种病理生理机制的一种分泌蛋白。目前证实胎球蛋白B( Fetuin-B)是脂肪性肝细胞分泌的一种肝因子。肝因子可通过多种分泌形式在肝脏、脂肪、肌肉组织等器官间形成调节网络,进而参与机体内多种反应。随着对Fetuin-B的深入研究,发现其可通过糖脂代谢、内皮损伤等多种机制与原发性高血压病、 2型糖尿病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病以及心血管疾病等密切相关。现就Fetuin-B在心脑血管疾病中的相关研究进展进行综述。
