MicroRNA-142 在过敏性疾病中的作用及研究进展

摘要

MicroRNA( miRNA)是短的单链非编码RNA,重要的遗传调节因子,与过敏性、感染性和肿瘤等疾病相关。目前过敏性疾病都具有挑战性,尤其是进展期过敏性疾病的治疗及预后。过敏反应,又称超敏反应,是指机体受到某些抗原刺激,出现生理功能紊乱或组织细胞损伤的异常适应性免疫应答。本综述旨在汇集有关miRNA-142调节过敏性疾病的最新发现,包括变应性鼻炎( Allergic rhinitis,AR)、过敏性哮喘( Allergic asthma,AA)和多发性硬化症( Multiple sclerosis,MS),讨论miR-142和过敏性疾病领域的未来前景,这让miR-142有望作为过敏性疾病潜在标志物,为科学研究、临床精准诊断和新型靶向治疗提供线索和指导。
