血清sTREM-1联合IL-6对脓毒症患儿预后的评估价值

摘要

目的:研究可溶性髓样细胞触发受体-1(sTREM-1)联合白细胞介素-6(IL-6)对脓毒症患儿预后的评估价值。方法:选取承德医学院附属医院2021年9月—2023年9月PICU收治的58例脓毒症患儿,根据28d存活情况分为存活组42例和死亡组16例。检测患儿入院24h内血清sTREM-1、IL-6水平。Spearman相关性分析sTREM-1、IL-6与小儿危重症评分(PCIS)的相关性。通过ROC分析研究sTREM-1、IL-6以及联合检测在脓毒症患儿预后评估中的效能。结果:与生存组相比,死亡组的sTREM-1和IL-6水平显著升高(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析得出sTREM-1及IL-6水平与PCIS均具有负相关性(P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示sTREM-1联合IL-6评估脓毒症患儿不良预后的AUC为0.826。结论:sTREM-1和IL-6联合检测对脓毒症患儿预后评估具有较高效能。
