SYT7在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要

突触囊泡结合蛋白(Synaptotagmins,Syts)是一类广泛存在于内分泌及神经细胞上的蛋白质家族。目前在哺乳动物中已经发现了17种亚型,分别命名为SYT1至SYT17。其中,突触结合蛋白7(SYT7)作为重要的成员,在调控激素分泌或神经递质释放中扮演着重要的角色。研究表明,SYT7的表达水平在某些恶性肿瘤中明显上调,并与不良的生存预后相关,但对其具体机制尚未深入探索。因此,论文旨在总结SYT7基因在不同恶性肿瘤种类中的作用机制,对SYT7在肿瘤研究中的最新进展进行综述。
