胎儿炎症反应综合征的诊断与预防研究进展

摘要

胎儿炎性反应综合征（Fetal Inflammatory Response Syndrome，FIRS）是胎儿对感染或炎性损伤产生的全身性炎症反应，以脐血白介素-6（IL-6）浓度增高为特征，组织病理学改变表现为脐带炎和绒毛膜羊膜炎。FIRS会引起新生儿早产、新生儿脑室周围白质软化、脑室内出血、呼吸窘迫综合征、早发型败血症、坏死性结肠炎等近期并发症，并可导致支气管肺发育不良、脑瘫、早产儿视网膜病变和感音神经性听力损失等远期并发症，增加了新生儿的死亡率和致残率。论文从FIRS的诊断、病因、发病机制、不良结局以及预防进行综述。
