颈动脉狭窄治疗的研究进展

摘要

当今社会，由于人们生活方式及饮食习惯的改变，颈动脉狭窄的发病率越来越高，且越来越年轻化。有研究认为其与脑卒中的发生密切相关，对此病的主要治疗方式包括手术治疗和单纯药物治疗。目前，由于药物及手术技术的更新换代，致使对于不同类型颈动脉狭窄病人如何管理以及管理的最优选择仍然存在争议。因此，论文就无症状颈动脉狭窄和症状性颈动脉狭窄治疗的研究进展展开综述，以期为临床医师在实践中对颈动脉狭窄及其治疗方案的选择提供参考。
