微针用于治疗病理性瘢痕的研究进展

摘要

微针疗法利用刺激胶原蛋白生成和促进皮肤重塑的能力,在治疗瘢痕前景可观。不少研究表明了微针疗法的有效性,尤其是在与其他疗法结合使用时。单独使用微针疗法可以明显改善疤痕的外观,但将微针疗法与富血小板血浆(PRP)结合使用可以提高疗效。这种技术能诱导组织学变化,促进成纤维细胞的活性和胶原蛋白的沉积,这对疤痕愈合至关重要。微针贴片是一种直接向真皮层输送药物的新方法,可有效预防和治疗各种类型的疤痕。虽然微针疗法前景广阔,但在规范治疗方案和解决患者个体反应方面仍存在挑战,论文就微针疗法在治疗病理性瘢痕方面的进展进行综述。
