腹腔镜下腹股沟斜疝修补术中疝囊及疝环口处理方法的研究进展

摘要

腹股沟疝是临床上外科常见的疾病之一，手术治疗已经成为腹股沟疝的首选治疗方法，其中TAPP以其创伤小、术后恢复快、术野开阔、复发率低等优点，成为目前临床上常见的腹股沟疝的治疗方法。《腹腔镜腹股沟疝手术操作指南（2017版）》推荐，对于直径较大的直疝疝囊，将松弛的腹横筋膜反向牵拉固定在耻骨梳韧带，可降低术后血清肿发生率，但对于斜疝是否需要缩窄疝环口、缺损直径多大时需要缩窄均无明确推荐，术中疝囊的处理方法以及疝环口是否缩窄目前仍存在较大的争议。论文旨在对国内外研究中疝囊及疝环口处理方法的临床研究进展进行综述，为临床实践提供参考依据。
