Wif-1 基因启动子区甲基化在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要

Wnt信号通路异常激活和恶性肿瘤的发生发展关系密切,WIF-1基因是Wnt信号通路的抑制因子,能和Wnt蛋白受体直接结合从而抑制Wnt通路的异常激活,从而抑制肿瘤的生长和分化。国内外研究证明,在多种恶性肿瘤中存在WIF-1基因的表达沉默,而这种沉默与WIF-1启动子区域CpG位点的甲基化密切相关,进一步导致WIF-1基因出现低表达,使其无法有效阻断Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的异常激活。论文就目前国内外对Wif-1基因启动子区甲基化在肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述,旨在为疾病的治疗提供更有效的方法。
