机械灌注在肝移植中的研究进展

摘要

肝移植是治疗终末期肝病最有效的手段。供体器官短缺问题日趋严重,越来越多的扩大标准供体供肝被应用于临床肝移植。随之而来的一系列问题,对器官保存和修复技术提出了更高的要求。机械灌注可修复边缘供肝,减轻缺血-再灌注损伤,促进移植肝功能的恢复,降低术后并发症的风险。一系列临床研究已经初步证明了其安全性和有效性,但要广泛应用于临床,还需面临费用昂贵、操作复杂、灌注参数设置等难题。论文针对应用于肝移植的不同类型机械灌注技术进行综述。
