嗜酸性粒细胞增多性皮炎研究进展

摘要

嗜酸性粒细胞增多性皮炎（HED）是嗜酸性粒细胞增多综合征（HES）的轻型表现或良性端，也有学者认为是HES的一个亚型。现已经明确其部分发病原因及相关机制，系统应用糖皮质激素是治疗HED的首选药物。关于其分类标准还需要借鉴参照HES，论文针对HED病因和发病机制、分类、治疗几方面进行综述。
