瑞马唑仑在临床麻醉中的研究进展

摘要

苯二氮䓬类药物镇静药被广泛用于全身麻醉中。苯磺酸瑞马唑仑作为新型苯二氮卓类药物，起效快、代谢迅速、体内无蓄积、可被特异性拮抗药物氟马西尼快速拮抗是其明显的优势。这些独特的特点使其成为麻醉诱导和维持的有效选择，使麻醉师能够更加精准把握麻醉的深度和持续时间，从而减少术后恢复时间和相关并发症。本综述对瑞马唑仑在临床麻醉中的应用进行了广泛的研究，包括其作用机制、药理学特性、临床应用等方面，探讨了正在进行的研究和临床调查，阐明了瑞马唑仑在麻醉实践中的未来前景。
