原肌球蛋白在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要

肿瘤的发展与多种因素密切相关，其具体机制一直是科研领域的研究热点。原肌球蛋白家族（tropomyosin，TPM）是一组与细胞骨架和肌动蛋白密切相关的蛋白质，近年来的研究表明它们在多种恶性肿瘤中发挥重要作用，参与多种生物学活动，包括细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移，并已被用作多种癌症的生物标志物。然而TPM不同亚型在不同的肿瘤中的表达及作用存在差异，具体机制尚未完全解释清楚，其复杂性和多样性使目前研究仍处于不断探索阶段。本文综述TPM在肿瘤中可能的作用机制及其各种亚型与不同肿瘤的关系，以期为肿瘤的早期诊断及治疗提供新的方向。
