CC 趋化因子受体与癌症的相关性

摘要

肺癌在全球范围内,发病率和死亡率皆居高不下,严重威胁着人类健康。近年来,随着对肿瘤微环境和免疫调节机制研究的不断深入,趋化因子受体在癌症发生发展中的作用已逐渐受到广泛的关注。本文深入探讨了CC趋化因子受体与癌症的相关性,涵盖了其在癌症发生发展中的作用机制、对肿瘤细胞生物学行为的影响、在肿瘤微环境中的调节作用以及与免疫治疗的关系等方面。通过对相关研究的综合分析,揭示了CC趋化因子受体在癌症诊断、治疗和预后评估中的潜在价值,同时也指出了目前研究存在的问题和未来的发展趋势。
