瑞马唑仑对老年患者术后谵妄的研究进展

摘要

随着老龄化人口不断增加,越来越多的老年患者需要接受手术治疗。术后谵妄(POD)是老年患者术后常见并发症,近年来,随着对POD机制的深入研究,瑞马唑仑作为一种新型镇静药物,近年来的研究表明瑞马唑仑在预防和减少老年患者POD方面具有潜在价值。本文综述了瑞马唑仑预防老年患者术后谵妄的研究进展,探讨其在临床实践中的应用效果。本文综述了POD的概述、相关机制和瑞马唑仑预防POD的相关机制及其临床研究进展,以进一步优化围术期管理,减少POD的发生,为老年患者POD的临床防治工作提供依据。
