探讨糖尿病和肿瘤关系的最新研究进展

摘要

糖尿病和恶性肿瘤作为严重威胁人类健康的两类常见疾病，其发病率正逐年上升。如今，越来越多的研究表明，恶性肿瘤与高血糖及糖尿病关系紧密。具体而言，一方面，高血糖和糖尿病能够增加多种恶性肿瘤的发病几率，并且与恶性肿瘤的不良预后密切相关。另一方面，部分肿瘤本身可引发高血糖和糖尿病。此外，在恶性肿瘤的治疗过程中，也可能出现高血糖和糖尿病的情况。本文将针对糖尿病与恶性肿瘤发生发展的关系以及可能的机制研究进展进行综述。
