支撑喉镜下声门暴露困难的相关因素研究进展

摘要

随着内窥镜器械设备和技术的发展,支持喉镜下显微手术在临床得到了广泛开展,支撑喉镜暴露良好术野,能对声门病变进行精准切除,相较传统开放手术,可降低术中创伤,减轻患者疼痛,减少术后并发症的发生。但部分患者由于个人解剖结构的差异,会导致声门难以暴露,因此可能会影响手术的进程,手术方式的选择,并导致术后并发症的发生。本文针对支持喉镜下声门暴露困难的相关因素进行剖析,以期为临床医师术前预判术中声门暴露的情况,提供一些理论上的参考。
