Cg A 在脓毒症诱导的器官功能障碍中的研究进展

摘要

脓毒症是由疑似或确诊感染引起的全身性炎症反应,可导致多脏器功能衰竭,具有较高的死亡率。脓毒症诱发器官衰竭的机制极为复杂,涵盖了免疫反应异常、血流动力学显著改变以及内皮功能严重损伤等多个方面。嗜铬粒蛋白A(Chromogranin A,Cg A)是一种神经内分泌细胞分泌的糖蛋白,参与调节免疫、血管舒缩等功能。近年来,研究发现与脓毒症的发生和器官损伤密切相关。本文旨在综述Cg A在脓毒症诱导的器官功能障碍中的研究进展,探讨其潜在的作用机制,并总结其在临床诊断与治疗中的应用前景。
