细胞焦亡在儿童病毒性脑炎中的研究进展

摘要

儿童病毒性脑炎是一种由病毒透过血脑屏障引起的中枢神经系统炎症性疾病,在儿童中具有较高的发病率,具有较高的发病率和病死率。其主要病原体包括疱疹病毒、流感病毒、肠道病毒等。这些病毒感染后会破坏脑组织并触发宿主免疫系统的强烈反应,导致神经细胞损伤。近年来,细胞焦亡(pyroptosis)作为一种程序性细胞死亡方式,在病毒感染中的作用受到越来越多的关注。本文旨在综述细胞焦亡的分子机制及其在儿童病毒性脑炎发病机制中的研究进展。
