血小板与脓毒症的研究进展

摘要

脓毒症（Sepsis）被定义为宿主对感染的反应失调而致的危及生命的器官功能障碍。血小板是由骨髓中巨核细胞分化来的无核细胞碎片，其在凝血、止血和维持血管内皮完整性的过程中发挥着重要作用。越来越多的研究表明，血小板在脓毒症的发生和发展中起着重要的免疫和炎症调节作用。近年来，血小板的功能状态已被提议作为脓毒症的预后标志物之一。该文就血小板和脓毒症的关系及发生发展机制进行综述，为脓毒症的治疗及预后提供新的选择和方法。
