前哨淋巴结活检在子宫内膜癌中的应用进展

摘要

子宫内膜癌发病率在妇科恶性肿瘤中居首位。目前手术为首选治疗方法，而淋巴结清扫术是其中的关键步骤。前哨淋巴结（SLN）活检正在成为临床评估低级别子宫内膜癌（EC）淋巴扩散的一种能够替代完全淋巴结切除术的选择。尽管淋巴结切除术提供了关于淋巴扩散和预后的重要信息，但大多数患者不会从手术中获得与肿瘤相关的益处，因为大多数患者没有淋巴结受累并且淋巴结切除术可导致患者早期、晚期并发症的发生。研究表明，在高级别EC中，SLN活检的检出率超过91%，现有证据支持将SLNB作为准确的手术分期手段,但仍需要进一步的研究来提供依据。本文旨在综述子宫内膜癌前哨淋巴结活检领域的最新进展与当前研究现状。
