miRNA 在周围神经再生中的研究进展

摘要

miRNA是一种小型非编码 RNA,通过调控 mRNA 的降解或翻译抑制来影响基因表达。近年来研究表明,miRNA 在周围神经损伤修复中的生物学过程中发挥了关键作用。在这篇综述中,我们汇总了 miRNA 在周围神经再生中的作用机制,特别是其在神经元存活、轴突再生、雪旺细胞功能及免疫调控中的多重作用,通过 miRNA 介导的分子调控网络,并分析了其潜在的治疗应用前景,同时指出未来研究方向,包括优化miRNA递送系统和探索联合疗法,以进一步推动其在神经损伤修复中的应用。
