围术期气管插管套囊压力管理的研究进展

摘要

在麻醉过程中，通过气管插管建立人工气道是保证机械通气、救治呼吸衰竭等危重患者的重要措施。导管的套囊的作用在于通气过程中防止漏气和误吸。气管插管后对套囊的管理是关键部分。套囊压力过高或过低都会有相关并发症，而影响套囊压力的因素有很多，因此在围术期对套囊压力进行监测，以此来预防因压力过高或过低而造成的相关并发症。本文就气管导管套囊的种类、套囊压力的监测、套囊压力的影响因素以及不合适的套囊压力引起的并发症及其预防进行综述。
