高压氧治疗卒中后抑郁研究机制

摘要

随着脑卒中发病率的逐年上升,卒中后抑郁的发生率也在逐渐上升,严重影响人们的身心健康。目前关于卒中后抑郁的的非药物治疗得到了越来越多研究学者的关注。研究发现,高压氧作为一种非药物治疗手段在改善卒中后神经功能的恢复及情绪障碍方面的疗效已经得到证实,但目前对高压氧治疗卒中后情绪障碍的相关研究尚少,本文从高压氧治疗降低白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子等炎症反应激活,调节单胺类神经递质水平,调节下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴,提高海马神经元可塑性等方面对高压氧治疗PSD的机制进行综述。
