古典乐辅助康复训练的实施与应用

摘要

随着音乐治疗在康复医学中的广泛应用，古典音乐因其结构清晰、节奏有序与情绪共鸣能力，逐渐成为一种重要的非药物干预方式。本文整合神经科学、心理学与社会学等多学科理论，通过实地干预研究，探索古典音乐在运动功能康复、认知干预和心理障碍治疗中的应用路径与干预成效。研究还提出了“古典音乐—神经网络—情绪调节”三元机制假说，并构建了个性化音乐干预闭环流程，为标准化音乐处方制定与康复路径优化提供理论支撑与实践依据。
