新形势下 FDI 对地方经济增长影响的实证分析——以湖南省为例

摘要

受近年贸易战等国际形势影响，中国外商直接投资发展趋势增速减缓。中部地区经济发展正处于全面建设时期，对先进技术和资金需求极为迫切。为明确 FDI 是否可以带动转型期的地方经济高效持续增长，本文以中部内陆地区之一的湖南省为例，通过文献等分析了国际 FDI 现状与趋势，采用回归分析法对新形势下 FDI 与湖南省的经济增长关系进行实证研究，分析结果认为 FDI 与地方经济增长表现为正相关，FDI 变化对地方经济增长产生直接影响。因此，建议新形势下采取更多有力措施吸引和利用外资，推动地方经济的有序持续增长。
