数字经济对城市就业的空间效应研究

摘要

本文从空间视角对数字经济的就业效应进行拓展，考察数字经济对城市就业的空间效应和影响机制。利用2003-2019年275个地级及以上城市的面板数据集，构建地区-时间双向固定效应的空间杜宾模型开展实证分析。研究结果表明，数字经济发展显著促进城市就业规模扩张，该结果具有较好稳健性。空间效应分解显示，数字经济发展对城市就业规模存在显著的空间溢出效应。异质性讨论发现，中西内陆地区城市是数字经济空间溢出效应的主要受益者，空间溢出效应呈现倒U型变化趋势，存在边界与峰值。此外，要素赋能、技术赋能和市场赋能是数字经济发展促进城市就业规模扩张的内在机制。本文是对数字经济就业效应研究的有益补充和拓展，为发展数字经济收获就业规模红利提供理论支撑和经验证据。
