智慧城市背景下智慧图书馆馆员胜任力模型构建

摘要

随着智慧城市建设的推进，图书馆向智慧图书馆转型成为一种必然趋势,从用户感知视角出发构建智慧图书馆馆员胜任力模型，旨在为提升智慧图书馆馆员胜任力提供借鉴。综合运用定性综合集成、问卷调查法提取24个胜任力要素并构建智慧图书馆馆员胜任力假设模型，借助SPSS软件进行因子分析，根据分析结果验证并修正模型。论文基于用户感知视角建立了以职业信念为核层，以业务能力为中层，以知识结构、技能储备为表层的智慧图书馆馆员胜任力模型。
