目标取向对大学生职业探索的影响研究 ——基于自我效能的中介效应

摘要

本研究以大学本科生为被试,采用问卷调查的方法,研究了目标取向通过自我效能的中介作用对大学本科生职业探索的影响机制。研究发现:学习目标取向和证明目标取向对大学生的职业探索具有正向影响,这一影响过程中自我效能起着部分中介作用;而回避目标取向与大学生职业探索的关系不存在显著的关系,自我效能在两者之间也没有中介作用。学习目标取向对自我效能具有显著的正向影响,同时自我效能对大学生的职业探索也有正向影响。最后本研究还讨论了未来的研究启示与本研究的不足之处。
