量子型领导、组织公民行为对组织弹性的影响研究

摘要

本研究探讨量子领导理论在提升组织动态能力中的作用,特别是在促进创新、灵活性及应对不确定性环境中的效能。论文通过构建含量子型领导、组织弹性、组织公民行为与权力距离感的理论模型,基于中国情境下的405份有效问卷,采用量化方法分析。研究证实,量子型领导正向影响组织公民行为与组织弹性,其中组织公民行为起到中介作用;权力距离感调节量子领导对组织公民行为的影响。研究成果为优化领导风格、增强组织弹性提供实证依据,倡导量子思维模式以驱动组织可持续发展与成功。
