数字化转型背景下农业档案管理模式创新研究

摘要

数字化转型正在重塑农业管理体系，传统档案管理在信息采集、存储、安全与共享方面的局限日益突出。本文基于数字化管理理念，构建以大数据、云计算、区块链与人工智能为支撑的农业智能档案管理体系。研究提出实现数据采集自动化、信息存储云端化、管理流程智能化与服务模式共享化的综合框架，旨在提升档案信息的流转效率与安全水平。该体系通过技术融合实现档案资源的动态管理与精准服务，推动农业信息资源价值转化，促进农村数字经济建设与农业治理现代化，为实现农业高质量发展提供数据支撑与制度保障。

Research shows that the intelligent archives service mode can not only improve the utilization efficiency of archives resources, reduce the management cost, but also optimize the accuracy and response speed of archives service, so as to improve the service quality and work efficiency of public institutions.
