肯尼亚清洁能源的调研和思考

摘要

肯尼亚位于非洲东部，赤道横贯其中部，东非大裂谷纵贯南北，境内多高原，是我国“一带一路”战略在非洲的重要节点。肯尼亚政府在其2030年远景规划中，将能源业、基础设施和建筑业、农业、制造业、采矿业、旅游业、批发和零售业、金融服务业和信息产业等列为重点发展领域。为积极响应国家“走出去”号召，拓展非洲新能源市场，我公司专业人员组成工作组赴肯尼亚拜访了肯尼亚能源与石油部、能源监管委员会、肯尼亚电力公司KenGen, 肯尼亚投资署，并对当地电力及清洁能源发展现状进行了考察，调研成果为开拓非洲新能源提供了有价值的参考。
