合成棕榈酸异丙脂反应精馏塔的模拟优化

摘要

本文介绍了一种以反应动力学为基础，并借助Aspen Plus，Fortran软件模拟以棕榈酸和异丙醇为原料，在反应精馏塔中发生脂化反应生成棕榈酸异丙脂和水的方法。该方法可以指导棕榈酸脂生产装置的工艺优化，具有良好的应用前景。
