集束化护理在胃肠道肿瘤术后肠内营养中的应用

摘要

目的探讨集束化护理策略在胃肠道肿瘤术后肠内营养支持中的应用效果，评估其对患者营养状况改善、肠道功能恢复及临床预后的影响。方法:对照组采用常规肠内营养护理措施，观察组在常规护理基础上实施集束化肠内营养护理干预。比较两组患者的营养指标、胃肠道功能恢复情况、肠内营养相关并发症发生率以及住院时间。结果观察组营养指标显著高于对照组；观察组胃肠功能恢复时间均显著短于对照组；观察组肠内营养相关并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论集束化护理策略应用于胃肠道肿瘤术后肠内营养支持中，能够有效改善患者的营养状况，促进胃肠道功能恢复，减少并发症发生率，具有显著的临床应用价值。
