HIV 相关脂肪营养不良的研究进展

摘要

随着高效抗反转录病毒治疗（highly active antiretroviral therapy，HAART）的广泛应用，艾滋病患者的发病率和死亡率显著下降，已成为一种慢性疾病。但随之而来的脂肪营养不良和代谢紊乱严重影响艾滋病患者的生活质量和治疗依从性。目前，HIV相关脂肪营养不良的机理尚未完全清楚。本文对HIV相关脂肪营养不良的研究现状、相关机制及其临床治疗作一概述。
