数字化技术在复杂牙拔除术中的应用价值研究

摘要

复杂牙拔除术因解剖结构复杂、手术风险高，传统方式存在视野受限、定位不准等问题，下牙槽神经损伤发生率较高。本文研究数字化技术在该手术中的应用价值，阐述其核心应用体系，包括术前的锥形束CT（CBCT）三维成像、三维重建及人工智能辅助诊断系统，术中的动态导航系统、超声骨刀等设备与内镜辅助技术，以及手术机器人、3D打印、虚拟仿真培训等新兴技术。临床数据显示，数字化技术可使手术时间缩短21%～36%，神经损伤率控制在0.3%以下，术后恢复速度提升40%，显著提高手术安全性、效率及患者舒适度，长期成本效益优势明显。其优势在于精准化定位、微创化操作及个性化方案设计，但也存在设备成本高、学习曲线陡峭等局限。未来需聚焦人工智能与机器人技术融合、成本控制及标准化体系建立，推动口腔外科精准化发展。
