膝关节单髁置换术的研究进展

摘要

膝关节单髁置换(Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty, UKA)的发展历时数十年,随着假体设计的进一步完善、手术器械的更好发展、手术技术的不断发展以及患者选择更加合理,此类手术开始受到越来越多的关注和应用。与全膝关节置换术(Total Knee Arthroplasty, TKA)相比,UKA具有切口小、并发症少、恢复快等优点。论文从发展历史、适应证和禁忌证、手术技巧、并发症以及新技术前景等方面对膝关节单髁置换术的发展进行综述。
