上尿路感染性结石的研究现状综述

摘要

感染性结石通常指磷酸镁铵结石和碳酸钙结石,也叫鸟粪石和磷灰石。上尿路感染性结石中以肾结石为主,且肾脏感染性结石往往呈鹿角型,因其结构的特殊性,现有碎石手段往往很难一次性清除结石,感染不能根除,术后遗留的小结石常常迅速生长并损害肾功能。当前对无临床感染症状的感染性结石患者的诊断多依赖于术后结石成分分析,围手术期出现并发症概率远高于非感染性结石患者,且严重并发症出现率也大大高于后者,对患者健康造成不良后果。论文通过对近几年上尿路感染性结石相关文献的整理,对上尿路感染性结石的研究现状综述如下。
