有关SIRT1改善卵巢储备功能、调控多囊卵巢综合征的研究进展

摘要

沉默信息调节因子1(SIRT1)参与细胞众多生理功能,如细胞凋亡、糖脂代谢、DNA修复、氧化应激、炎症反应及细胞自噬等。另外,众多研究表明,SIRT1在提高卵母细胞质量进而改善卵巢储备功能和调控多囊卵巢综合征等方面发挥着重要作用,论文就此方面进行综述。
