颅内动脉瘤形成及破裂相关因素研究进展

摘要

颅内动脉瘤(IA)是颅内动脉先天或者后天等因素导致的动脉壁异常凸起,常发生于颅内动脉的分叉部位,是造成蛛网膜下腔出血的重要病因,具有高致残率、高致死率的特点。结合中国及其他国家文献,论文从动脉瘤形态学、血流动力学、基因多态性等方面综合阐述与颅内动脉瘤形成及破裂的相关因素,总结目前的相关知识和经验,并且展望该领域的最新进展。
