眼附属器 MALT 淋巴瘤生物标志物的研究进展

摘要

眼附属器淋巴瘤最常见的类型是MALT淋巴瘤,其恶性程度普遍较低,但缺乏特异的临床表现,同时具有复发、扩散及从低级别淋巴瘤转化为高级别侵袭性淋巴瘤可能等特点,这些特点普遍导致较差的预后,早期准确识别、诊断及治疗是患者得到良好预后的有效手段。因此,进一步研究寻找眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤的生物标志物和发病机制尤为重要。论文将聚焦眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤生物标志物的研究进展,对既往研究成果从突变基因、染色体异常、炎症抗原刺激、信号传导相关因子、癌基因及细胞周期相关因子几方面对生物标志物作一综述。
