脑卒中后膝反张康复治疗综述

摘要

膝反张是脑卒中后偏瘫康复过程中常见的一种现象，对患者的站立及步行功能影响较大，如何防治膝反张是脑卒中康复研究的热点问题之一。为有效提升脑卒中后患者的步行功能，论文综合了一些中风后膝反张的研究，对膝反张的原因探讨及相应的康复治疗方法进行了梳理，以期为脑卒中后膝反张的研究寻找新的思路。
