骨质疏松症筛查和治疗的进展

摘要

骨质疏松症是一种代谢性骨病，其特征是骨量低和骨组织微结构退化，导致骨强度降低，并增加低能量骨折或脆性骨折的风险。由于其严重性和进展性，影响大多数老年人和绝经后妇女，在全球范围内，骨质疏松症已成为一种公共健康风险。它是通过不同的方法诊断的，如骨密度计和双X射线。骨质疏松症的治疗侧重于不同的方面。一方面，药理学治疗的特点是使用抗吸收药物，以及新兴的再生医学治疗。另一方面，非药物治疗与日常的生活习惯有关，如体育活动、饮食和停止酗酒或吸烟等有害习惯。这篇综述试图讨论治疗的干预措施，它将为医疗保健提供者提供适当的指导。
